Sheltered By His Grace
I missed out on heartaches this world feels every day.
And I missed out on a broken home that would steal my joy away.
And I missed out on all the things they said, I'd miss out on.
Oh but somehow I've a heart of peace, while their good times are gone.
CHORUS:
I've been sheltered by His grace.
Kept in a safe place.
Protected by the prayers of those who always sought His face.
In a world of shifting sand, I can hold onto their hand.
For they've guided me in how to run this race.
As the years go by, I'm sheltered by His grace.
Grace can take the sin away, that's stained a soul for years.
Grace can keep a life that's pure from shedding bitter tears.
And the grace that's brought me safe thus far, will safely lead me on.
For the truth they've instilled me, will last when they are gone.

The Song of the Week Is.....(#7)
It Has Always Been the Soldier
It's not CBS, or NBC, ABC, or CNN, that's given us the freedom of the press.
Not Tv Preachers, Larry King, Sean Hannity, or Jesse Jackson.
Giving us the freedom, to verball express.
Not he Campuss Organizer, or all the demonstrations.
Giving us the freedom to march, freely march and disagree, Oh can't you see.
CHORUS:
It has always, been the soldier.
Who has made, the sacrifice.
Standing stron and proud in battle.
Willing to lay down his life.
Somewhere there's a soldier, and he's looking at a picture pf his little girl, how he wishes he were home.
And somewhere there's a soldier, and he's reading a love letter from his wife, and she is telling him how she feels so all alone.
And somewhere there's a mom and dad, who cry late in the night.
For a son who won't be coming home, a son who gave his life.
Freedom isn't free, oh can't you see.
Bridge:
To thr angry who shakes his fist, and burns he stars and stripes.
The same flag that drapes the coffins, of those who gave their lives.
There's no other place that you will go, or you have ever been.
Where the blood of soldiers gives the right, to burn that flag again.
CODA:
It has always, been he soldier.
On the land, in air and sea.
It has always been the soldier.
Fighting for our liberty.
Fighting for ou liberty.

The Song of the Week Is....(#6)
Bow the Knee
There are moments on our journey,
Following the Lord.
When God illumines every step we take.
There are times when circumstances,
Make perfect sense to us.
As we try to understand each move He makes.
When the path grows dim,
When our questions have no answers,
Turn to Him.
Bow the Knee.
Trust the heart of your father
When the answer goes beyond what you can see.
Bow the knee,
Lift your eyes, towards Heaven
And believe the one who holds eternity.
And when you don't understand,
The purpose of His plan.
In the presence of the King,
Bow the knee.
There are days when clouds surround us,
The rains begin to fall,
And the cold and lonely winds won't cease to blow.
And there seems to be no reason,
For the sufferings we feel.
We are tempted to believe God does not know.
When the storms arise,
Don't forget we live byraith and not by sight.
There are moments on our journey,
Following the Lord.
When God illumines every step we take.
There are times when circumstances,
Make perfect sense to us.
As we try to understand each move He makes.
When the path grows dim,
When our questions have no answers,
Turn to Him.
Bow the Knee.
Trust the heart of your father

So long, Farewell....
Tonight was my farewell recital. I played Mozart's Rondo Á La Turque and River Flowing In You. My close friend Emma played The Pink Panther. It was a great time but also a sad time since I'm moving on to violin. I wont be taking lessons anymore but I will still be playing the piano for years to come!
