The Person of the Week Is……(#5)

Mrs. Young! Mrs. Young is my Sunday School teacher. Many of you know her. She has been ill and can't make it to church to teach us. She is recovering but has a longvway ahead of her. I miss her alot and know that everyone does. Please keep her in your prayers.

Ice Skating

Yay! Last night, Heritage went ice skating with South East. There were quite a few of us. I got to skate(more like teach) woth Tori Ellsworth. I have really missed her. We all had a blast oce skating! The good news is that Tori will be on camp staff the week we go.

Rebekah Bosje!

She is a dear friend of mine. Her family are missionaries to Thailand. She helps in junior church and special music. She is 15 and will be 16 in July. Her family will be coming home in june. I can't wait to see her!

Teen Activity

Hi! Today, we had a teen activity which was bowling. I got to bowl with Hannah,Bethany,Katelyn, and Brittany. My scores were 98,111, and 15. Now there's a reason for the 15. On the last game, we were going crazy and I was throwing my ball backwards with my right arm and my ball angled left, bounced off the gutter and into the next lane! Oops! EVERYONE saw and the funny thing was that it was my ball. So when I went up to ask for my ball, I'm like, "Excuse me, my ball went down the wrong lane." After that, my nail broke almost half-way! It was fun anyways.

Teen soulwinning

Today, we passed out fliers or flyers for the Sportsman Dinner. We passed out 70 of them. I went with Hannah and Beth and anna. Anna really didn't do much. We were soooo glad for the lovely weather God has given us. Hopefully tonorrow will be a good day for the guys to start their "spring cleaning". :D TTYL

My friend Desiere and her family has suffered from two deaths. One was her cousin who was killed in a car accident. He was hit by the car not driving. The other one was a very close friend who had been murdered. It all happened last night. Please keep them in your prayers.

Mrs. Wesle is a charming lady and a missionary to Jamaica. You can check out her blog by clicking the Raising 4 Princess' button on the side of my blog. I'm really honored that she let me post about her.I will be editing this so I can add a picture. She is a mother of 4. I love reading her blog and encourage you guys to read it too. Scavenger hunt

Last night, we had a teen girls activity at the mall. We were divided into four teams.
Team 1: Courtney,Nina,& Anna-Mrs. Brown
Team 2: Brittany,Rachael,& Kassandra(c)-Mrs. Tullock
Team 3: Bethany,Paige,& Katelyn-Mrs. Foster and Felicity
Team 4: Rebekah,Felicia,& Hannah-Mr. Foster,Gunnar,Louisa,& Addy
We had a certain amount of time to find stores and write down answers on our sheets of paper. We were speed walking around the mall. Felicia once said "Okay people, you need to slow down." and Hannah and I replied " We need to answer as many questions as possible." Hannah and I did most of the work and our legs were very sore after that but they're fine, and another team and us were rushing towards Friendly's and we decided that SKIPPING isn't RUNNING so we skipped towards Friendly's. We bought ice cream and then we scored our papers. Mr. Foster called out the answers and one person from each team wrote down R for right and W for wrong. I wrote that stuff down for my team. There were 49 questions and my team got 47 right!We won 1st place! I'm glad that everyone got a prize.

I Will Arise

Gorgeous!

Wow! Is this really March? Usually March isn't that nice out. Today it's beautiful! Nice and warm, and hey! I don't have to wear a coat to church tonight! :) Also, time for me to break out the flip flops.( I know, I'm crazy but hey, it's nice out) Hope you guys are enjoying a nice warm day!

Rebekah Young! She has been an inspiration to me. She was once my piano teacher and if I didn't have her as  a teacher, I would have never been able to play the piano as I do now. Through her teaching, I could play songs even better. She is at Crown College studying in music. I'm so glad that she is my friend.

Wow! God's Been Good!

Yesterday, the teens went out to pass out posters for the Sportsman's Dinner. We passed them ou to 70 places. Wow! We went to Ontario and Williamson. Lots of people were gracious and allowed us to put them up. This one guy was just standing there and says "Wow, that's a big deer." and he keeps saying that for a couple of minutes. We passed them out to Verizon stores, dentists, attorneys, H&R block, nail salons, a tanning salon(that stunk bad!), fire departments, auto shops, gas stations, grocery stores, Tops, banks(sorta), and lots others.I hope people come!
